Born in 1985 in Aydın, Meltem Tokel took the first step of her childhood dream profession by writing the Faculty of Medicine in the university exam after successful school years. After intensive and disciplined medical school years, she earned the title of “Medical Doctor” and served her patients in Şırnak with compulsory duty.
He showed his determination to become a surgeon, which he had set his mind on since the faculty, with the Medical Specialty Examination (TUS) and won the paediatric surgery at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. At the end of 6 years, he was appointed as an “Operator Doctor” as a surgeon at Giresun Maternity Hospital. Op. Dr Meltem Tokel, who made a name for himself with the first surgeries performed for the first time in Giresun, came to Istanbul with his family at the end of his assignment period and continued his career in Istanbul.
